How to get the key services:

 

Inspection of the voter list: The concerned head of the concerned office will have to attach the quoted fee of 25 rupees to the white paper and apply for the deposit amount of 50 rupees (fifty) rupees in the code of 1/06/01/2552631.

Certified copy of voter list: The respective upazila election officer will have to apply for a court fee of Tk 25 in white paper and apply for a 100 / - (one hundred) Treasury invoice in code no. 06/06/2015 / 2631.

Voters are listed as follows: 1) According to the election schedule of the Election Commission, by completing the specified form at the place specified by the commission by the Commission. 2) At other times, the application form will be filled in the respective Upazila Election Office by completing the specific form along with necessary documents.

National Identity card is available: 1) National ID card is issued from concerned upazila election office with respect to the date of declaration of the Election Commission, according to the registration of the National Identification Registration Department, after completing the specified form by the Commission and after getting the voter through Chititola. 2) At other times, filling certain forms and applying the required papers along with necessary documents should be applied to the concerned Upazila Election Office. Later on, the National Identity Registration Department is issued to the concerned person with the receipt of the National Identity Card from Dhaka. 3) To get lost national ID, the concerned person will have to do GD in the police station. The GD must have a voter number / identity card number mentioning. After that, the application will be filed in the concerned Upazila Election Office by depositing the prescribed fee in the Dutch Bangla Mobile Bank / Sonali Bank. Applicants should attach the copy of the GD by completing the specific forms along with the Director General, National Identity Registration Department, Agargaon, Dhaka. The application form will be submitted to concerned Upazila Election Office / Director General, National Identity Registration Department, Agargaon, Dhaka. Later, the National Identity Registration Department, Agargaon, Dhaka provided the national identity card to the concerned person.

Amendment of National Identity Card: 1. By completing the specific form, the fee will be attached to the DBBL / Sonali Bank by applying necessary documents and applying it to the upazila election office. The concerned application form will be sent to the Upazila Election Office, National Identity Registration Department, Dhaka. In order to verify the correctness of the application, the Director General sent the concerned district election office to investigate. District Election Office passes the application to concerned upazila election officer. Subject to the receipt of the inquiry report from the Upazila Election Office, the District Election Officer sent his report along with his opinion to National Identity Registration Department, Agargaon, Dhaka. Subsequently, the National Identity Registration Department, Agargaon, Dhaka, with the receipt of the revised National Identity Card was given to the concerned person. 2. During the updating of the voter list, the applicants will have to apply by applying the required documents by depositing the prescribed fee in Dutch Bangla Mobile Bank / Sonali Bank by completing the specified forms in the concerned Upazila Election Offices. The concerned Upazila Election Officer will send the application form to Dhaka after scrutiny of the attached papers. Later, the concerned person is sent with the relevant National ID card registration number, Agargaon, Dhaka from the concerned national identity card.

Transfer of National Identity Card: To transfer national ID card from one area to another, fill the particular forms with the necessary documents such as copy of national ID card, copies of electricity bill, giveer / mayor / councilor / member to submit the application with the application form.
